Ladies and Mixed on a Wednesday, Great level of competition for beginners or skilled players.

We play 6 aside netball ( No Center)

Mixed- Netball 3 guys and 3 girls can be female dominated (ie 4 girls 2 boys) Players can sub on only a half time
